If I could give a zero star, I will because the guy tech did not do what I asked him to do. My nose are so long. I am a bartender, and I asked him for a little short, but not too sure and the nail polish is messed up he didn’t even trim my original nails just put the fake nails on them, he jerked my arm. He was in a rush. I would never come here again. I will find a new person to do my nails because I don’t like and I told him that I went there the next day and told him he messed it up and he said that’s how you wanted it I did not ask for that that Guy did my daughter nails and she did not like how they did it. They did it too oval when she said round not oval.

Been going here since 2003 and they are always so wonderful and nice. I a life long costumer of theirs.

I came here to get my nails done for my 21st birthday and instead I’m walking out with two of my nails ripped off the nail bed and extremely short nails after I spent month of growing them out. I have dip powder on my natural nails but I asked to have this removed and have a full set of acrylics put on. Usually when they take dip powder off they soak it and file them down. Instead the lady proceeded to cut my nail down extremely short and start hacking away at the nails. She proceeded to rip my natural nail off the nail bed. After i said they need to be soaked off she disagreed and brought out this metal tool and started to pry at my natural nails. I couldn’t stand it anymore. Getting your nails done should be relaxing not an extremely painful process.

My mother booked 2 pedicures, and I eventually changed to a manicure, staff very nice and accepting for it. Staff let me wait at the nail station for my mom, were super gentle and gave me very clean nails and kept me happy by keeping my nails short and simple. Definitely coming here more often!
