customer service experience is off the hook. I love it walking there didn’t even took a whole hour or hour and a half to get them done. I will be going back my first time getting my nails done by them.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. She wasn’t listening to anything I was saying about my nails, she cut me on two different fingers, kept getting her glove caught in the nail drill, was rude when I told her $40 was too much for a fill-in and demanded I hand her my card. My nails look worse than I anyone has ever done them and I have had some people make mistakes before. But when I say I won’t be coming back here, she can understand that??! It’s all an act..Worst experience EVER getting my nails done!! If you go there, you are wasting your money.

If I can add zero stars I would. I hated my nails yesterday. I had to got to another nail salon to get them fixed

Horrible experience. The lady seemed very impatient and aggravated and jerked my hands around like a dog on a leash. I did not receive the nail design I asked for. Severe damage has been done to my natural nails, to the point where my fingers are in constant pain from the acrylics ripping them apart. Half of one of my nails was ripped off. They used the drill at the highest speed possible, and the floor was not clean. It was covered in dust and other client's nail clippings. My cuticules were covered in cuts and the filing was so aggressive that my fingers were in pain for days afterward. I'm worried about MMA use on client's nails.

Horrible. Will never ever come back! Very unsanitary they don’t clean used products. i went in around 12:30 for a medi and pedi and didn’t leave til 4:30 with only a medi done because they took so long. And not to mention the man “jason” had to redo my nails because he could not do what i asked for. both sets that i had done looked like a two year old came and messed them up. I LEFT CRYING!!!
