Wow!! Carmen was incredibly friendly and just nice. Despite her low prices, the quality of her services is great! Her studio is beautifully decorated and spotless. The location is conveniently accessible, and professional. Her website makes it super easy to book, and she even sends reminder text messages, which is a great touch. I’m definitely planning to return! :)

I came here a few times for tattoo services but my last visit was the final straw when she had her man pop up & just sit there. It made me & my friend feel very uncomfortable but we didnt feel like it was our place to say anything because it was her salon. Even though we were paying customers. I also thought it was rude & disrespectful & also not hygienic that she brought her then puppy to the salon & all the puppy did was attack me and pee everywhere. I told her it hurt & she told the dog stop even though it didnt but didnt bother to put the dog away or better yet have her man leave with the puppy. I also felt like she was lowkey racist because she would never post me or my friends work but would always claim she loooved our tattoos or it was her favorite ect. And I wasnt the only one tha

Carmen is the best nail tech I have found in Central Florida. She is kinda, professional, and truly values her customers. It's always a good day to see Carmen and get your nails done!
