Cafe Spa Nail Bar

Visited for the first time and left very disappointed. I live in the neighborhood and was genuinely excited to support a local nail salon and hopefully become a regular. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The two staff members barely greeted me and spoke to each other in another language throughout most of my visit, which felt unwelcoming as a first-time customer. There was no small talk or even offered additional services to me. While the color itself looks great, the polish application was sloppy. There was polish all over my cuticles and along the sides of my nails. I had to ask three separate times for it to be cleaned up. The checkout process was even more frustrating. The price board lists a gel manicure at $34, but it does not state that those are cash prices only. I was in

I had a lovely time here. I treated myself to a regular manicure because men deserve self care and good hygiene too, and the staff could not have been kinder. They even offered me a cup of coffee, which tasted amazing. I highly recommend coming here for your hygiene and self care needs. It was also wonderful to see that they can assist customers in Spanish, which made the experience even more welcoming. It is great to see my community doing well and working hard to provide such excellent service
