I work at a restaurant nearby. I’ve never actually had a service done here. While I was working one of the hairstylists (Krystal) came to eat and left me a note on server paper. I was completely mortified by it. When I went to her table and asked her why she thought I looked at mess, she replied “we can just fix some of this you have going on, it’s okay if you don’t have a regular hair dresser you see “. Just weird and condescending to do that at my place of work… Mind you she wasn’t even my guest. I went to the salon to speak with someone in charge.. She was there. I expressed how unprofessional she was and how I wanted to speak with someone. She apologized and wrote down a number for me. I’ve called a few times and left a voicemail. Cachet has been the home for me and my guests since 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The salon is always well maintained, peaceful atmosphere, and available parking. The management and owners go above and beyond for everyone and they are always available when needed!

Before and after- Sarah B. did amazing work fixing my botched haircut from a different salon. She did a quick 10 min tone to fix the uneven color and my hair feels amazing. Got a personal recommendation instead of reading fake reviews. Absolutely going back and so thankful to find someone to trust my hair with here in Fort Worth.

Cachet has everything that I was looking for when it came to renting a salon space. Respectful and open communication with building management/ownership, freedom to work your business the way that you want to, privacy, cleanliness, and so much more. When I toured Cachet, Jon helped to make me feel super comfortable and not pressured about my decision being that I was leaving a toxic commission salon environment and this would be the first time that I was going to be an independent stylist. Overall, I have had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to go into business for themselves!

Catchet was the first place I’ve ever got a suite. Feeling very nervous and anxious, Jon gave me a tour and really made me feel at ease! I absolutely love this place! The beautiful architecture of the building and communication has been incredible! I had so many questions and concerns being a new suite renter and Jon and his team were always a text or email away. They made the move in transaction smooth, and whenever I needed help with something they were right there with an answer! It had been really great and I can’t reccomend this place enough!
