Never order online! Terrible customer service! I would give them 0 stars. I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order. I ordered a Gelish drill machine and a cat eye magnet. The cat eye magnet doesn’t work. The Gelish drill doesn’t work without the charger — it only works when plugged in. I called them, and they said they would call me back at 9:00 AM the next day. They didn’t call. I called again, and they said, “We will call you at 9:30 AM.” Again, no call back. Then they said the manager was in a meeting… The girl at the front desk told me I should have returned the item before opening the box. Edit for response from C8: you should check the items before you ship it out. If your description says one thing and you send another that is your problem not the manufacturer. Take responsibility for not checking before you ship instead of blaming the manufacturer. You sell these products so take it upon yourself to do your own quality control so your customers do not get scammed. Should spend time trying to solve the problem, not writing a novel to say how it's not your fault. What a scam, not as discribed at all. I have been ordering from C8 for a couple years now never had any problems with them and was so happy I finally found my go to place to order my nail supplies, but my recent order was such a disappointment I will not be ordering from them anymore. All of the individual top coats came in the usual 6 slot packaging however this time they did not put little wraps, or paper or styrofoam in between them. The Kupa top coat box came with one of the top coat handles broken, it spilled all over everything causing everything to be sticky and a completely waste. We ordered (5) DND Matching Pair - 448 SNOW FLAKE nail polish and the first two gel bottles that we tried, they have shrinking/cratering problem (see pictures). Called in to request a returned and was told to send pics in, but the number they provided (which is the same as their official number) may not be a cell number so the pictures did not go through. Can't return without and RMA# so we guess we are stuck with these fake polish. Do not buy from here, especially online. Should have believed the negative reviews. Okay, friends. So here's the thing. C8 are amazing at helping troubleshoot any problems you might have with your order, but the best way to get in contact to solve issues is to email - remember that English is an incredibly difficult language to learn, and the folks I've spoken with in store are amazing English Language Learners! I've never had trouble conveying what I was looking for when I couldn't find something in the warehouse and whoever I asked has always been able to take me right to it. To be fair, I've never ordered from them online, but knowing how kind and hard-working they are in person, I'd imagine they'll go to the ends of the earth to make sure you're satisfied! Anyway, yeah.
