I went for the first time, scheduled an appointment with Elaine, I’m definitely coming back here! I was sooo indecisive with the colors that I wanted, Elaine was patient and kind with me, oh and these nails look so cute!!

They do a great job! Every time I'm there the person working with me will help me choose a color, they listen to me when I tell them what I like and don't like, and it's a very calming environment. Great nail salon

Went to get a gel pedicure and manicure, the pedicure was great Julie was amazing. As for my manicure as soon as I sat down Ling had a attitude with me and was very rude she was very rough and aggressive when wanting me to switch hands literally throwing my hand back. I’m not sure if she was in a rush to go home but that was horrible service.

I’ve been a loyal customer here since they opened paying upwards of 150 a visit for nails and toes at their salon. I make appointments every time and every time I come in if I’m not their first appointment they always take somebody right before I walk in the door and then if I dare say anything they talk about me and treat me poorly. What’s the point of even making an appointment then? My time is valuable too. They also have added random charges for silly things like changing my nails from oval to square or tell you your finger isn’t straight when it’s their error drawing the line of a French crooked. I will be taking my business elsewhere for such high prices they should really learn be kinder to their loyal customers instead of giving an attitude and treating them poorly. If you value yo

This business is dishonest. I went there for a manicure and pedicure, which they did well. However, I also went to get my bikini line and legs waxed. Instead of being upfront and telling me that the hair was too short, they continued to wax even when I said it doesn’t look like it’s working and asked them to stop. They charged half price, but should have let me know before waxing to come back when the hair was longer - which is what a reputable salon would’ve done. They clearly were trying to make money and not acting in the best interest of the customer. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this salon nor do I recommend this salon.
