Let me start off by saying, I absolutely loved the lady who did my nails. She was amazing. Now let me get into why I’m leaving a 1star review. I got my nails done on Wednesday 12/10, an by Sunday 12/14 my pinky nail snapped in half, simply by me picking up my cell phone. I haven’t done anything extensive. I’ve been wearing gloves while doing the dishes like I haven’t done anything to them don’t warrant my nail snapping in half. Moving on to today 12 /17, 7 days later. All of the nails are now gone/off whatever not even by my choosing! I paid 86$ for my nails, tipped 20$ and absolutely hate that it’s gone this way. To start off, I haven’t gotten my nails done in 2 yearsssss. Omg. But my mom told me about this place in belden village. She said “kourtney, check it out” bc I told her I’ve been wanting to get my nails done. I’m like, why not? The holidays are coming up. Let me check it out. I’m soooo impressed. I’ll be going in a few weeks to get a fill. The owners were both so nice and so welcoming. Thank you Henry! I love my nails. I’ll be back!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! First off I cut out a coupon for my daughter so she could actually afford to get her nails filled for a $23 fill. It says it expires February of 2026!!! She told my daughter she can’t use it until February. Why is the coupon on your website also then ?!?! Second she got two nails on each hand with pink French tip and charged $15 for that. Third she got a couple little tiny hearts on two fingers and that was $25! She told the girl doing my daughters nails to hurry up she was taking too long even though my daughter was literally the Only one In there!!! So after she completely gouged my daughter for $90, I get a call with her absolutely balling and so upset!!! And the kicker is.. they don’t even look good, she wouldn’t even use a base coat and they are completely clear

5 stars on quality service and care. Le was very kind and gentle with my sensitive feet. I was way past due for a pedicure. Now they are soft and feel great!

My mom has been going here for years and she recommended me to go here today. It’s my 30th birthday and I wanted to feel pretty so I went and got my nails done by Henry. He’s so awesome! And so friendly! He did a beyond amazing job on my nails . Much better than the previous person I went to who charged an arm and a leg for a job that wasn’t half as good. I will be coming back to see Henry from now on. He was very gentle with my hands and helped pick a great color out for me ~ everyone was so friendly there and it was a quick service as well. Job well done!
