Hidden gem of a barbershop in Rockford. Worth the trip and experience. Now I am a regular customer. The history of CJ's barbershop is a great listen and you get a good haircut as the tale unfolds. Good time and always a quick in/out with a cut. Follows instructions well and very conversational!

This place is awesome. The coolest barber shop in Rockford! They do everything here for the guy who wants THAT cut and look. Very professional, and the decor, that old classic barber shop look. Great conversation too. You will be glad you came and will be back.

Friendly and nice staff and all but the most important part was the haircut. I gotten a haircut from Jimmy the first time I went there and I liked the haircut so I decided to come back. The second time I was here the father had cut my hair and my hair was a mess, side was uneven and not as how I wanted. No fade what’s so ever. It was too late to even fix it, I was afraid it was gonna get even worse, there is nothing you could do once it’s cut but never coming back sorry.

Old school barbershop I love the guy always friendly and fun to talk to while getting my cut ever since I move from LA I haven’t found a good barber to cut my hair but this guy dose it well highly recommend
