Never in my life have I seen a business operate like this salon. Absolutely terrible! No appointments. Disorganized. Very disappointing. The first time I came here, it was on a weekday, and they weren't as busy. I arrived at 9am, had my hair washed around 1045am...and was finished around 4pm. Left with my hair neat, but with a massive headache. Keep in mind this was on a relatively slow day for this salon. There are only two stylists working here. One mainly washes clients’ hair and the other (the owner) retwists and styles locs. They work very quickly. However, if it gets busy, or if the owner has not arrived yet (she usually comes later in the morning), the first woman will play ping-pong between washing and retwisting the hair of different clients.
