My experience with Alizabeth has been second to none. She is an exceptionally knowledgeable practitioner and herbalist. I'm on my third lymphatic drainage massage and I felt relief after the first one. On top of relief and progress, I feel educated on matters of caring for my body to meet my specific needs and for overall wellness. I recently had a lymphatic massage with Alizabeth and it was absolutely amazing! She did such a fantastic job. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but her background as a former ICU nurse really shines through. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the body and took the time to educate me throughout the session, which made the experience even more valuable. On top of her expertise, she is such a lovely person, making me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time.
