Very rude!!! Don’t go here. I asked for help with a wig and the man told me “over there” I went “over there” but still needed help retrieving the wig, as there was no employee in the area. I went back to him to tell him I needed help, because I didn’t want to just grab it off the display. He immediately got an attitude with me and told me the lady was coming to help which he didn’t say at first. He kept saying “I told you the lady was coming.” The encounter was extremely dismissive. I left my stuff there and went to a different beauty supply store. Go where you feel APPRECIATED

Beautiful beauty store. So many products. You really need time to explore in here.

During my visit to C&C Beauty Supply on Sugarloaf Parkway this afternoon, I purchased She is Bomb edge control and other products. I noticed that the edge control was listed at $10.99, but I was charged $12.99. When I questioned the cashier, their explanation was unacceptable. The owner then appeared, and their demeanor indicated that they were aware of the discrepancy. No reasonable explanation or apology was offered, and I was simply asked to select another item for $2.00. Normally I would've returned everything, but I was in a hurry. Please pay attention to the pricing at the beauty supply stores, they are stealing from us when they heavily rely on our business! I will not be returning to this establishment.

I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with this store particularly with the male manager. Despite having been a loyal customer in the past, my recent visit was nothing short of disappointing. The customer service was appalling, and it seemed like the staff were more focused on squeezing every penny out of me rather than providing quality service. I left feeling ripped off and frustrated. Definitely not worth the time or money. Won’t be back and will not be recommending to anyone.

Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. These people are beyond rude and racist. My husband went in to buy some products and was ignored even when HE greeted them. Our money apparently wasn’t good enough for them. We will never return.
