People can say Wat they say most stores like a beauty supply doesn't do refund and exchAnges. If it's not n original packaging no refund! If u put in and took out this also looks like u unraveling bundle the wrapping back up and try return! Ladies please check before u leave it's alok feel and self test hair before u leave store or take counter to buy! Common since they not loosing cause u! 🫠🤔 Just how u came someone else will take yo place! Be reasonable tell them Wat u need so they can get and help with yo needs and products to help you and kids!

I will NEVER set foot here again. I spend about $50 easy buying beauty supplies a month. Walked in..bought a gallon of developer and a blue color for $4.59...went and did more more shopping...decided I did not want to do the work to get a friends hair blue....Went to return with receipt and they claimed it was "damaged"...they would NOT take the return ..all I wanted was store credit...They refused.....Damaged?..2 hrs later in the car?......So for $4.59 they lost a potential $50.00 a month customer religiously!.... I repeat I will NEVER set foot in this place again!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!

They're very helpful in this shop. I've been some places where they are so rude and watch you like a hawk.🤣

This location is open later than the others in the area with a great selection of items. I got a hair crimp and some other basic hair essentials here. The women also gave me their opinion when asked on color matching

Went in yesterday and brought my mother with me. I was prepared to stock up on a wonderful brand of eyebrow pencils. We were followed around as if we were common criminals. The Associates were peeping from around corners, and when we would look up they would back up and pretend they were doing something else. I come into this store and purchase items all of the time, but I will never be back. If you think people are going to steal, why not approach them and ask if they need assistance? Why did I have to approach an Associate and ask for help? Fortunately, you did not have the eyebrow pencil, I thought I purchased previously. I was rudely told you didn't carry that brand name.
