I like that they have a bigger selection of products. Customer service is good depending on who’s working. But be careful I bought purple shampoo and it was expired!!! Big no! I was livid! So check the expiration date they clearly don’t rotate or throw out old items.
So they double charged me for a magic bun. The receipt says no exchanges or returns!! Due to covid-19, however she did offer me my money back or to get something of the same value.Great customer service.
They have better selections and at affordable price and they are all around all the way nice respectful
Great place to shop for affordable hair care/products. Easy to find what you need because it's well organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Today they get 3 usually i will give a 5 but the service was terrible the young lady seem like she didnt want to help with and attitude and she just didnt know that would hurt business that way... Sometimes you have to leave whats going on in your life outside .not in the work place
