I've used Charlotte for many years. I haven't had any issues with her colors until the past 3. I went from dark to blonde back in June; which she did an amazing job on, but after that she never delivered good results. The 2 appointments after that, the color was too yellow; which I told her before leaving both appointments. But my final appointment on 10/28/21 she sent me home with green hair! Awesome experience! I walked in, and Cherry said she could fit me in between appointments. I had very long, damaged hair, and she helped me by advising I cut a considerable amount off. She was quick, very informative, and made me feel confident she knew what she was doing. I also appreciated that she was genuine, and we didn't have any of the forced, obligatory conversation. I'm thrilled with my hair, and will be returning to Cherry 100%. Thank you!
