I was happy the salon was accommodating and took me in as a walk in. I believe she is the owner who sits in the front and takes payment was very nice. The lady who did my hair could work on her customer service. I sat in her seat and she said nothing I had to greet her and she seemed bothered and annoyed the whole time she did my hair. I felt at times she was unnecessarily aggressive and I go to Dominican salon all the time and it was definitely a different experience. I just moved to the area so I’m someone who gets my hair done every 2 weeks but I might just take the drive to my old salon. I still tipped well as I work in the tipping business the lady who did my hair barely said thank you. Wash and blow was 55 i tipped her 20 and the lady who washed my hair got 10. I truly loved coming to this salon! They took me right away! Everyone in the salon was very sweet and welcoming! So friendly! Angela is great, she did my wash n set! It came out so nice and silky! I got so many compliments on my hair! I will definitely be going back for another style!

The unfortunate part is that I was recommended to this salon by my niece. Seeing the high rating, I assumed it would be a friendly and welcoming environment, like most Dominican salons I’ve been to. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Grace, the owner, was often dismissive when I spoke to her and would say things in Spanish to her coworkers while I was talking. At first, I questioned whether I was overthinking it, but after reading other reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone in feeling this way. On my most recent visit, Grace didn’t do my hair but worked on my daughter’s. Another stylist handled my hair and was very rough from the roots. Update after owner response: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I just want to clarify that I’ve never received hair color or a wash and set at your salon. The only services I’ve had were only blowouts, wash and blowouts, and hair extensions. I’ve always paid in cash, except for my most recent visit when I used a card for the first time. Original Review: I’ve been to this salon a few times now, and I have to say that More always does a great job with my hair. She really understands what I want and consistently leaves my hair looking exactly how I like it—shiny, smooth, and well-styled. However, the one issue I’ve experienced is the inconsistency in pricing. I usually get the same service: a wash and blowout. But depending on the day, I’ve been charged anywhere from $40 to $67.50

I’m new to the era and I was looking for a good Dominican salon for me and my daughters. We got curly hair so it’s hard to find a good salon that could leave our hair nice and silky. I was so happy with how they did our hair it came out exactly what I wanted , I also love how nice and greeting the ladies at the salon was the service was fast to they got right to work. I definitely recommend this my new hair salon for sure!!
