BWC Massage Therapy

Such a disappointing experience. Booked a massage with Ashley online, received the email confirmation. Called the day before to switch from a 90 minute to a 60 minute and was told I wasn't on the schedule so she was glad I called. The next day I got a babysitter, took off work, and was so looking forward to an hour away break from the daily grind. I drove from Sherman to Denison and arrived to be told that Ashley was not there and they'd call her. The admin called her, and I was simply told there was an emergency and someone was supposed to call me but that she wasn't coming. I get that life happens, but how hard is a quick text or phone call? Won't be back.

My masseuse, Michael, has been excellent. I tried another massage therapy business first but they weren’t very effective. Michael knew where, and how hard, to work on my tightest muscles. I’ve had physical therapists who weren’t as successful. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely absurd. I am in town for work and needed a relaxing massage. The sure says that they open at 830am. I started calling at 9am and never received a anything aside from a text saying someone would call me back later. I finally received a call only to be told that everyone was booked and that they don't check messages often. So sad.

Ashley took me on short notice on a Sunday. I went from barely walking to major relief on this visit. Dont pass up the opportunity. Very skilled with vast knowledge of the human muscle structure

First timer. Unsure of what to expect & pleasantly surprised. Jenn put my concerns at ease, and made me feel comfortable. First full night of sleep in quite a while.
