Bald lady: I keep coming back for more wigs. The staff is kind and very helpful. The lady that works there gives awesome suggestions. The past four times I’ve come in, she’s hooked me up with my new favorite wig. Best hair store in the Queen City area. Best prices too.

I went here for the first time and I will never go back again. I went to buy black Jamaican castor oil and a few other items. The BJC, first the lid wasn’t tight(it’s ALWAYS tight) it had this lil “for your protection plastic, I removed it and you could tell it had been sitting for a while, it smells NOTHING like BJC nothing idk what it is it was $15 and I will never go there again. I’m going to buy real JBC and compare the 2 for you all they’re selling fakes or they’re substituting. But this isn’t the tropical isle living I know

Awesome experience! As soon as I approached the counter to ask a question, the gentleman was very courteous and steered me in the direction of Erica. She was absolutely wonderful! Erica was very engaged in my wig selection, outstanding customer service ethics, very knowledgeable of every wig o asked questions about. She also presented to me other ideas that was very helpful. I ended up purchasing two gorgeous quality wigs for a very reasonable price. The Entire staff was exceptional! I will drive from Pineville to purchase again. Thank you Buy Wise Beauty!
