My experience with buy rite has been the worst of any salon equipment company I have ever purchased from. In summary I ordered a styling chair that arrived in absolute shambles, from the box appearing as if it was put through a meat grinder to every single part of the chair and chair accessories being damaged and unrepairable. See images attached. When I reached out the day after I received the order I emailed them with detailed images and a bullet point list of every single damage and issue upon the chairs arrival. I did this so they would have evidence of the absolute carelessness of their delivery, damaged box, zero packing material to protect the chair and other parts, resulting an unusable destroyed product. “Defective plumbing design and impossible return policy for salon shampoo bowls” I purchased three Luna Noir Backwash shampoo bowl units to install in my new salon. I purchased them based on the good reviews; they were $1,000 each. They were installed by a licensed plumber. I continued to have leaking issues and them not draining. I contacted my plumber; he had to take them apart and reinstall them several times to stop the leak. Plumber's putty did not work, ultimately plumber's tape worked. He also had to remove the original plumbing and install stable draining hoses. The ones that come with the bowls are very flimsy. Buyer Beware. My experience with Buy Rite has been nothing short of a disaster. I invested over $12,000 in 11 styling chairs and 4 shampoo stations, and nearly every single piece arrived with serious defects. We’re talking about malfunctioning pumps, missing hardware, cross-threaded screws, leaking fixtures — the list goes on. Not one item was free from issues. This isn’t minor inconvenience — this is equipment that is either unusable or unreliable in a professional salon environment. After only eight months in our new location, I am now facing the reality of having to replace everything. That is unacceptable for commercial salon furniture at this price point. When I called Richard and told him I needed to open a salon in 2 weeks, he never hesitated and went straight to work to get me everything we needed at a great price.
