Butner Spa Nails

I was really excited to find a nail salon close to home as I’m ready to stop going across town for my services. Unfortunately, turned out to be a disappointing experience. Starting with the price, i typically get a similar set each time never exceeding ($75-$80) range in Buckhead. This appointment totaled $98 (only nails).. $164 total with pedi. The full set is listed starting at $45, I got a stilletto shape at a short/medium length. To make matter worse, the tech had a pretty bad attitude, which I tried to overlook in the beginning, because we all have off days. At checkout I asked for the breakdown of the cost, and she said since I wanted them thicker(check the photo) she charged an additional $20… keep in mind the initial application of the powder gel was thin as can be and I do this

I would NOT recommend coming here!!’ Save your money and go somewhere else. I got a fill in on Thursday, Feb 12, 2026 (plus a pedi and I paid co my sister to get a gel pedi) - by Friday, Feb 13 one nail broke and by Sunday Feb 15 two more nails broke. I love having my nails done but I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE! I spend almost $170 for nails and pedi’s and was not expecting 3 nails to break! I came to the shop on Monday, Feb 17 to her them fixed and they wanted to charge me $20. I’m appalled. I’ve never been to a nail place and had nails break so fast. The lady said that my nails were thin - which I reminded her that if they are thin it’s because she made them thin when she did the fill in. Needless to say I didn’t give them another penny…I will NEVER come back here and I suggest you don’t

I love Butner nails, it’s literally my favorite nail spot. Great customer service, clean, and fast. Alice, Wendy, Kelvin, & Natalie are excellent ‼️

If you are looking for a good nail shop, look no further. I started back getting my nails done this summer and stumbled across this nail salon while driving. I was a walk in and was taken by Alice. I was a bit nervous because I like to experiment with designs and style, oh but Alice!!! She literally executes every idea I have to the t. On top of the professionalism and cleanliness of the shop! Alice is also very personable, which I love. She remembered me at just my second nail appointment which was a month later. It makes you feel more than just a customer. We are familiar. They do take walk-ins but I refuse to not sit in Alice’s chair so I make an appointment every time and haven’t missed one yet. The picture is our latest creation. I am vacation ready!!! Book TODAY!
