I recently had a microneedling session at Burhani Laser Med Spa and it was such a great experience. She was incredibly professional and made the entire process feel comfortable and easy. Before starting, she explained every step of the treatment and what to expect, which really helped me feel relaxed and confident. Absolutely love Umi’s work! She is ahmazing!

Umi was very professional. For starters my appt was originally scheduled for 3pm. I asked if I could come earlier and she was able to see me at 2:15pm. I went in for lip filler and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I left pleased and with gifts! She gave me a toner, eye cream and a Niacinamide. She followed up next day, and even provided additional after care instructions. I’m pleased with the results, and will be back. Thanks Umi!

However, once it was confirmed, Umi still welcomed me in with no hesitation, which I really appreciated. I would not recommend this spa. It’s not run like a real spa with a proper team—it’s more like a one-person operation. That might work for a small business, but it does not match what you expect when you book a “spa” service and pay spa-level prices. The experience felt disorganized, and there was no structure or customer service support. If the one person is busy, everything stops: questions don’t get answered, the process slows down, and the overall service suffers. There was no sense of professionalism or attention to detail, and it didn’t feel like a relaxing environment. To all potential customers, I strongly suggest reading this and other lower reviews first about the common themes of dishonest, deceptive, and questionable business practices you will probably experience. I wish I would have read them before coming here. Pros: The spa is clean and nicely decorated. I was offered complimentary add-ons such as microcurrent, some red light therapy, and 10 units of Botox (but their Botox pricing is on the higher end at $13 per unit).
