Colleen is truly a pleasant surprise in today’s world of customer service! From the moment I walked into Burgio Salon I knew I was in the right place. Colleen is very caring, extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. I appreciate how she took the time to both listen to my thoughts/desires, and to not rush through my chair time. To have someone actually listen to what I wanted in a cut was refreshing! My hair is now cut into a vibrant, healthy-looking style that has already brought many compliments but even more, it makes me feel wonderful. I feel very comfortable recommending Colleen to everyone because I feel she cares about her clients, and she wants to make sure they feel good about their hair. I am so grateful to have found her.
