Buffy's Boutique

I recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, along with Reiki 1 and sound bowl healing, and it was an incredible experience. The course was deeply transformative, well-structured, and filled with wisdom that extended beyond just yoga it truly nurtured my mind, body, and spirit. Buffy is an amazing teacher with a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and an inspiring presence. I feel so grateful for this journey and highly recommend this training to anyone looking to deepen their practice and healing abilities!

I just completed yoga teacher training at Buffy’s Boutique. This was a 200 hour course that was over several months. Buffy’s studio is very welcoming and a great place to practice yoga or train to be a yoga teacher yourself. I enjoyed the time spent in Buffy’s boutique both taking this training and making memories with new friends.

I cannot say enough great things about Buffy and her services! I have had private sessions, attended classes and group sessions, even had her teach a yoga class at my home, and every event has been absolutely soul nourishing. From Yoga, to Reiki, to sound healing, there is something for everyone at every level of their spiritual journey. Thank you for being such a valuable resource in our community ❤️

Had the most amazing reiki/massage session with Buffy. Her presence alone is calming, very down to earth gentle soul. She was considerate of any issues I had, my comfort throughout the session, and seemed to be more in tune with what I actually needed vs just sticking to a “routine”. I recently went to Buffy for a Reiki session and it was great! Buffy is an amazing practitioner and person. She spends so much time with you and makes you feel very comfortable. She is so kind and understanding of your individual needs and uses a variety of techniques during the session. I felt so much better and more clear when I left. I will be going back for sure and will definitely be recommending Buffy and her Boutique to anyone interested in Reiki or other services like yoga 🧘‍♀️
