Buffed and Polished Nail Lounge

I got a full acrylic gel set and gel pedicure on 11/29/2025 with Savannah. While she had a great touch and was very sweet, I ended up paying $280 for a set of nails that I am not happy with and were chipped three days later. I was caught off guard by how expensive it was but I went ahead and paid it because I didn’t want to make a fuss, but then the nails chipped three days later. Savannah did take the time to clean up the chrome on my right hand but not the left so that had looks messy. I didn’t notice my left hand until I left the salon. I live an hour away from the salon and do not have time to go back for them to fix the chipping chrome and the apex of my nails (see photos, the apex is nonexistent). I called and Linda told me she would look into it and give me a call back. She did not

Savannah does an AMAZING job on builder gel nails, her designs are always amazing and crisp, well done! She’s also super kind and sweet to chat with. I moved to this salon after finding Savannahs social media but many of the nail artists do a fabulous job! Just be aware they all book up quickly and keep full schedules, plan ahead! If you have issues with your feet I’d ask to make a specific appointment with one of their more skilled pedicure people who are really good with ingrown toenails, even if that’s not your specific issue, but with no complicated issues they are all great, clean and nice.

New to the area and booked on the website for a builder gel set because of a recommendation. I arrived at the salon and was told by the recommended nail tech/artist I booked with that she could start my nails but someone else would have to finish polishing because I needed a soak off of dip. At no point after clicking the service I wanted on the website did it indicate the option for listing that I had polish. There should be an improvement in their booking site if a nail tech is going to refuse the ability to do a complete service. The salon also had room for growth in the level of cleanliness.

I drove 3 hours out of state for an appointment with Jalen after seeing their work online and absolutely would (and will) do it again! Everything was very clean, she was very gentle, and thoroughly explained everything step by step. Any other time I’ve gotten my nails done and asked for a design I’ve never left with anything close to what I asked for or was happy with until these!

Beware that not all nail technicians are created equal… I went a week ago for a Mani/Pedi and did not have the greatest experience. I have been going to this salon for years and never had an issue like this. The pedicure was good but my manicure was the complete opposite. She burned/cut every single one of my cuticles but one. I am writing this a week later and still have scabs around my fingers. She was aware she was doing it and just giggled and said oops, your poor nails! I got tips and dip which usually last me at least a month but this evening one of the tips popped right off. I also picked a matching color set for my nails and toes and they aren’t anywhere close to the same color. Very disappointed that I spent over $100 for an experience I could have probably had from a beginner on
