Buff City Soap Prosper

We had our daughter’s 11th birthday party there. And it was one if the best birthday parties she has ever had. The store staff was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. David and Jason, the party helpers were very kid friendly and lead the bath bomb experience with so much fun and patience. Rest of the staff was also hands on and made the party a memorable experience. Im not good with names but i think it was Makaela, huge shout out to her. I would definitely recommend this location for birthday parties or girls gathering. The bath bombs smell and feel amazing. Definitely going back again.

Not so good customer experience. We saw this place and were curious so we decided to take a peek and see what items peeked our interest. We walked in and weren’t acknowledged. My daughter and I walked around the entire store looking around and out of the three sales associates in the store not one acknowledged us as we looked at products to purchase. There were a total of 5 customers including us. The other three were together as well. The associates were dead silent. My daughter picked up a couple things and waited by the counter and still nothing so we put the items back and left. We weren’t even told thanks for stopping in… nothing still silence. The store was clean and it smelled great but I’m not spending my money when I can’t even get a simple hello

Michaela is by far a breath of fresh air in the retail customer service world. The customer service at the prosper store is by far the BEST out there. Always the first to greet you, assist but not in an annoying way and the kindest souls. My kids even beg to come with me when I need to run my errand and BUFF CITY! Every now and then the kids get to pant their own bath bombs just because! Than you for making a customer out of me!

Vivian was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about your products. She answered all my questions and handmade my items that I needed. I will definitely be back because of Vivian.

I'm a big fan of Buff City Soap. I've been to the one in Celina multiple times and was really excited about the location opening up in Prosper. Store is well laid out, certainly aesthetically pleasing. I like the colors of the store. This location seems to have a larger mixing area, it's a cool experience to watch them mixing things up. I purchased a bunch of products as gifts before and they gave me some laundry detergent samples which I tried and really liked. Today I picked up some detergent to give it a go and also the dryer balls. Looking forward to giving those a try. Today they had a $12 sale going for Epsom salts, body butter, shower oil so I picked some up for gifts and some for myself as well. I like that the shopping in Prosper has really elevated, the shopping center is real
