I came in with a reference photo for the exact shape and design I was looking for. Though the woman was very nice, she assured me that she could achieve the exact look, but did a completely different shape than I asked for. I let her know that my nails looked outgrown, and that they were too pointy for my liking, but she was very dismissive and ignored my requests. The nails ended up looking outgrown, chunky, and wayyyy too pointy. My cuticles also look very rough. When I found out this manicure was $72 I was appalled.

Just got a full set with Susanna! She is very detail-oriented and gave me exactly what I imagined! Starting in September she will be working Sundays! Definitely recommend her for acrylics!

I've been coming to this salon for years, & returned after some months for a nail repair. Per owner- "don't come for a repair if you didn't get them done here." I explained to her that I had been a customer for several years and she responded, "I know. Why haven't you been back.". I paid for the service, tipped the nail tech, and will not be back again.

I always come in from out of town and have a great experience! I got a gel manicure and pedicure from Phu and my nails look great. The salon is super cute too. I'll definitely keep coming back when I'm in town.

My go to nail salon from now on. Tracey, Tom and all the workers here are so friendly and they all do their job so well. I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails but Tracey did not fail me. She is very good with details and makes sure you are happy with your nails. Their customer service is fantastic! You will not be disappointed.
