Because of possible language barrier, I asked (whom I assumed was the owner, because he used phrases like my employees) if he would kindly take a picture of the item with his or an employee’s cellphone just to make sure, because he kept saying things like “I think so, or I believe so”. He said no, this is a retail store and they don’t do that. I stated yes I understand, I’m just asking for some customer service to clarify because there maybe a language barrier.
