Kristin is an excellent therapist, professional and knowledgeable! I love how she had continuous flow with consistent pressure. My favorite part, besides getting my feet washed (which is what she always does 1st), is that she seamlessly moved and stretched my body while simultaneously working out the adhesions 🤩 Thank you Kristen, I feel fabulous 🙏 (Her oils and creams are pretty amazing too!)

Kristin has a kind , compassionate , caring heart - that is able to be felt through her touch. I feel that kindness has a deep healing power in itself. Kristin is also very educated and it’s evident in the way she relives pain and tension in such a relaxing artful healing way - I highly suggest Kristin !

My first (but not last!) Thai Yoga massage experience was unique and very enjoyable. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised at how rejuvenating and healing it was-similar in some ways to a traditional massage, but more active and therapeutic. Kristen is well-trained and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend this experience. If you've never tried Thai massage, go for it! You're in for a treat!
