Buckeye Wash & Tan

After 20 years away, I decided to return—and I’m so glad I did. A lot has changed for the better. The updated system, especially not having to carry around a pocket full of coins, makes the experience much more convenient and modern. What stood out to me most was the customer service. I didn’t even ask for assistance, but one of the employees noticed I was having a little trouble at the dryers and kindly came over to help. That level of attentiveness and care truly made a difference. The facility is just as clean as I remember it being 20 years ago when I used to wash and tan here. It’s clear that maintaining a clean, welcoming environment has always been a priority. I traveled all the way from the north side specifically to come back to this laundromat, and the trip was absolutely worth

The staff is really nice and was sweet to my kids. They're always cleaning the place. I started going here bc Parsons sucked and I'm so glad. They have a bathroom that's not always out of order, snack machines and plenty of seats. I'd recommend

I've been coming here about 5 yrs now. I like how clean the facility also stays. Major issue is the staff, they are rude, act. Like the customer is a bother if have questions. My other big problem is same washers have been OUT OF ORDER for over 3 months. They need new washers I would say if old can't be fixed or keep breaking down

This is one of the best laundry facilities I've ever used before. The staff was very nice the manager had some new items she brought over and asked if my daughter could wear and if she liked them she could have them. Kind of pricey but for the service it's worth it!!

This location is clean, the staff is helpful, the machines work well. I will definitely go back.
