Bubbles & Polish Nails and Day Spa

Atrocious service. I have been mistreated there before but thought the nail technician was simply having a bad day and thus gave him grace. Today was my last time spending any money on this establishment. I would not recommend you go there. Situation: I was in for a dip refill and hoping not to get Wilson as he is constantly angry, yells, threatens and is very rough. Unfortunately, after the dip nails were soaked in acetone and removed he sat down. He cut the nails and begun shaping them. I said “could you please shape them oval round as I don’t want them to be pointy.” This has happened with him before. Wilson did not acknowledge my statement at all and kept going. After 10 minutes, I said excuse me can you please not make them pointy. His response was so disproportionate and rude. H

I had the best acrylic nails done at Bubbles!! Its a very big and clean mani/pedi salon, with very kind owners, Erica and her husband! MARIA did my nails and I chose the OPI GEL Love is In the Bare.. two coats!! Its perfect!!! You have to go there! Relaxing and location is perfect. Just an update- so far these have lasted me 3 weeks.. i have never had nails last so long especially because I always have my hands in water!! My new go-to nail salon for sure!

My nails came out beautiful! I got pink & white dip ombre... and I'm obsessed! The nails techs were so kind and helped me choose what to go with. 🙂

i put 1 star not because they didn't do a good job but because the owner is so rude i call yesterday to take appointment with erica and he said she is not there and i ask him when she will be there he said i don't know so i feel something wrong my husband call after minutes and he ask about erica and same answer i go online and i find there is appoitment under erica name and its open times availbe i book one at 11 and when i go there he start talking with me so rude in the front off customer and he said erica come every day but she not working for all people and he give maria to do my nail when i was there erica arrived and star working for a special client i just want to know if there is vip people and normal people in this place i will never go back to this place i feel so ubset .i feel
