BSW HAIR

Went in today to purchase hair bonnets. When I got to the counter the employee just looked at me. No hello, no smile just looked. Horrible attitude and service. I purchased the items hesitantly and decided to write my review. After the purchase of course no thank you at all. We (black owned)have to do better if we want to be supported. I won’t be back to this establishment .

Customer service was terrible. All of them that work there have nasty attitudes and charge 1$ for plastic bag. They don’t help u when you ask for help and in the mist of helping u they go and help other customers. That’s what I get for supporting black businesses. I’ll stick to what I know next time.

The woman who helped us was very patient and knowledgeable! So grateful for her today.

The best customer service EVER! The young gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in helping his customers. Update: I had to back to BSW hair to get more braiding hair for my daughter. I was hoping to see the same young man, because he was so wonderful. Unfortunately, he wasn't there. I believe the owner of the establishment was the one who helped me. He was amazing as well! I love shopping here. They have so many fun things!!!! I bought cute hair clips for my two younger daughters to use on their American Girl Dolls! YAY!!!!!! Wait, and a little wave brush for my hubby!!!!! It is so cute and tiny. He said, he'll use it on his beard!

I only go here for braiding and crochet hair, so I cannot comment on other products. They have a pretty good selection of hair colors and styles (straight, wavy, faux locs, etc) The pricing is moderate, but the items are good quality (in terms of Kanekalon or other synthetics) and sold in efficient bulk packs.
