Went there to get new hair oil for 360 waves because my castor oil hadn’t worked for my hair, so i was going to buy argan oil. Then I asked the nice lady at the front desk if this was a good brand because I'm trying to get waves and she assumed a brand I was talking about before i even finished saying it and she new the exact brand i was talking about. She recommended me a new brand of castor oil instead of replacing it and the bottle was only like 3-4 bucks and its been working perfectly, Thank you m’am

Closed at 715. Not only that but the dude unlocked the door for a family of six but not me for one pack of hair. Picky chooses much? Won’t be back here ever again

This is the third time I came here once I came at 7:18 and they were closed and it says 7:30 online , came today at 7:21 and the black Spanish worker with the Afro was rude closed the door on me and my daughter while I was asking her what time they close and why are they closed if it say 7:30 online ! Unacceptable I wish I can give it zero stars !

Prices are good! Customer service on the other hand needs to be better especially at the front counter. People really shouldn't work in a hair store if they don't want to help customers or lack the knowledge. Even if you're having a bad day!!!

Closed early today I guess . If it’s 7:00pm maybe you should change the hours
