BSW Beauty - Upper Falls

Very disappointed with the product I purchased on April 21. I purchased a perm on Monday April 21. I then went to perm my hair on Tuesday April 22. The perm obviously was no good. It never took in my hair. The Manufacturer date was 10/23 and BB (but by) was 10/26. I asked to see the owner, never got to see him to express my concerns. I did get my money back for the things I had purchased but no type of compensation for my time and the money I was about to waste at my hair appointment on Tuesday, April 22 as I was getting a ponytail after having a sew in. Which means my hair style won’t be lasting and I have to wait to perm it. Not happy with this situation & I will not be shopping here again.

Great customer service! Had a wonderful experience with a friend who was trying a new hairstyle for the first time. The staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, and supportive.

I wanted to thank the incredibly helpful employee who managed to find a great wig for me for my Halloween costume. I went in just three days before Halloween because my package never came and they took the time to find the perfect for for me. It’s perfect to continue using for regular wear as well. Deffos my fave BSW in the area.

Great selection and reasonable prices! Some places literally make you feel like hurry up and buy, but you won't find that at this location, the of owner has great customer service and will literally give you some sort of discount if you ask.
