I have the best experience every time I come into BSW. Nykia provided the best customer service to me today and the other time before this one. She’s right there and you wouldn’t even know it. I love it. She’s in top of her job every time. I don’t care what I came to purchase. Thanks Pooh

MyKia was amazing help and great customer service....very friendly with a smile on her face-as soon as I walked in. She helped me find everything I needed with a breeze. The store is clean, very big, spacious, they have everything and most importantly the music was not to loud or offensive to shop, kudos for that. I will be back for sure.

My daughter, nieces and sister. Visits often at least monthly and we are always met with so much warmth, kindness and professionalism. Today was no different but I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Jackie because it only was she professional but really patient because I called her to help me get earrings, hair questions and she did not get impatient one bit. Keep up the great work ladies.

Why do I love this store soo much? Because of staff like Cam and Mikea! Both of these young ladies are personable and knowledgeable. Mikea helped me find the perfect hair for my style and Cam always has a smile when I check out. 💜

Came to the store to pick up a wig today and my Mykia helped me with everything. She was great and her service was awesome. She helped me with my color and styled that I needed. I give her a five star.
