BSW Beauty - Roslindale

I came in looking for a wig and Nelly did an awesome job of helping me. I don’t know how to do a lace front and she gave me all the tips I needed to feel confident in installing it on my own!! She cut and sprayed the lace front for me and advised me of what isles to go to for other products that I needed.. She made my store experience so easy and I was able to go right to what I needed instead of aimlessly walking around the store trying to figure things out..I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time which made my shopping experience so fulfilling. I felt happy leaving the store with my items. Thanks Nelly you were awesome and a great personality to match!! You deserve a raise!!

I don’t plan to go back to this store they don’t ask customers if the need help when you walk towards them like if your about to ask for help the go the other way they only talk to each other I would’ve like to purchase something in there if they had any customer service but I just walked right on out. Before it expanded I liked going in there but now I’m all set

this beauty store is HUGE!!!! they have just about everything. i was able to find a bigger size of a shampoo i’ve been purchasing the smaller version of. saving coins is always nice. the store is pretty easy to navigate. i do wish they had “aisle labels “ maybe that’s something they’re planning for in the future. besides that it was pretty clean and organized. i also wish they had a shopping cart that would fit kids, since i was shopping with my sleepy son. the cashier danny is really cool and gave me tons of beauty tips. thank you so much. i’ll be going back soon.
