BSW Beauty - Orange

If it wasn't for the cashiers, I would rate my experience a 5. However the cashiers need to be retrain in customer service. The wig installer was very helpful in installing the wig. Prices are reasonable but again poor customer service with the cashiers. I will take my money elsewhere

When this location first opened a week later, I came to the store. It was a great experience, however, Today as of December 28, 2025 I came to this store and for the fourth time, the clerk was following me each and every aisle. I cannot understand… that being in 2025 and situation like that IS still happening it’s very uncomfortable. How about placing Cameras in the store?…instead of making faithful customers so uncomfortable 👎🏾👎🏾

This is the worst beauty supply store on Main Street in Orange. They have lice in their wigs and in their bundle hair. I bought some and tried to return it because of the lice that was in the hair.

I always used to shop in this hair store. Come there often never spending anything less than 50 bucks. Today I bought an item and it didn't fit my device. Not only was the manager the one that assist he smiling in my face telling me I can't exchange the item because I opened it. How do I know if it fits if I don't try it on my device. The package it came in can simply be stapled and sold. But he stated it was damaged. I did no damage to the item not the packaging. I will NEVER go here again. And I honestly advise no one else to go here because they robbing us too much and we're allowing them to do it.
