BSW Beauty - Brooklyn

I wanted to buy two wigs one curly one straight. I asked the worker for help she told me just look around. I find something I like they don't have the color even tho the card said 5 other colors they only have the one. I asked for something similar and she told me to find it. I got frustrated because even if I find it I don't know the inventory like the worker does... I walked out not buying anything because her attitude was so rude that I needed help even tho her job is to sell wigs... Make me feel like my money is valued not like I was bothering you because I asked you to do the job you're getting paid for. I would never advise ANYONE to come into this location but the brand is good over all which is why I came here in the first place.

Fantastic beauty supply store. Very clean, good prices and friendly staff. The parking lot can get very hectic, but it is Brooklyn so nothing unexpected. v

This store had all of the supplies my wife needed, and the staff was nice. the cashier was very helpful

I’ve always had a good experience at this beauty supply store. My only issue is the prices are kind of high and the closing thing listed is incorrect. I go here because it’s convenient for me but not my first choice.

The owner just cursed me out because I wanted to do credit instead of debit. He yelled at me to show my ID even though I had my credential wallet in my hand and opened to my ID. He was very rude and belligerent. Poor customer service.
