This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in a beauty supply store — and that is saying a lot. The associate in the wig section was rude, dismissive, visibly annoyed, and completely uninterested in helping. Basic questions were met with attitude and zero effort. Her lack of professionalism was so obvious that her off-the-clock coworker had to step in, along with another woman who wasn’t even assigned to that section, just so I could get basic assistance. When people who are not even working feel the need to help because an employee refuses to do their job, that is a serious problem. I visited BSW Beauty alone today to pick up some beauty supplies for my girlfriend, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received. As a man in a beauty store, I initially felt a bit out of place, but the staff at BSW Beauty quickly made me feel welcome and comfortable. Despite being alone and unsure of what exactly to purchase, they were incredibly helpful and patient with me. One worker, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right products for my girlfriend. They took the time to understand her preferences and needs, offering valuable recommendations and advice along the way. This place is pretty cool. This is the first time I've been to a beauty supply shop of this size(this place is huge). They have a vast variety of items for hair, makeup, and other things. It's perfect. I'm happy this place opened.

Positive vibes, they make you feel welcome and the prices are always good, this is great for the community. I use to walk it to white plains road. This is great for me. The ladies are friendly.Can you open a little bit earlier?

They have everything, the owner or manager was super nice, and the one young lady on the wig side was pleasant and helpful..... Unfortunately this one female with set it off cornrows was just not for costumers...Her energy was not good at all but..... Everything else was so right...she didn't matter...I will continue to shop there and I love the cleanliness and order of this store... Yes officially my favorite beauty supply store...more like a mini mall ...
