Customer service was good. The selection and quality with unsatisfactory. If you need some bobby pins in a pinch great but if you're looking for quality hair or hair products not the place. If it was based on customer service alone it would be at least four stars but quality and selection would be zero stars.

The cashier/owner is always pleasant and speaks to his customers. They don’t always have everything but at least it’s the basics get knock out a hair style. He should probably adjust the hours on certain days. People in the reviews are complaining about him opening late but give him grace. Very nice guy.

We love this little shop for its selection of textured hair products, incense, and the lovely staff.

Showed up at 10 am when they said it would be open and sat in the parking lot and no one showed up to open until 10:10. I watched them walk in the door past the time the store said it’d be open. Disappointing.

They are supposed to open at 10, however, the owner gets there whenever he feels like it! No regard for the patrons time whatsoever!
