She was so unprofessional when I came in she had no mask on I asked if I could use the bathroom due to the drive being so far for me she said no due to COVID but she had no mask or checked my temperature before I came in the lighting was dim she took off a lot of my eyebrow they look crooked and lopsided she putting the strings in her mouth in my jacket every time they broke with her saliva on it I’m highly disappointed 😞 my my eyebrows are not the same and it was overall a bad experience.
