BROWS ON MAIN

Stumbled on this brow salon on my way to a nail appointment. Was able to be seen very quickly with no appointment. It was $30 to get my brows threaded, a bit more expensive than your typical threading spot, but I can understand given the clean, elevated esthetic of the place. Gisele was my brow specialist and her technique was on the more gentle, slower side which makes it a more painful experience for me personally, otherwise she did a good job with the shape. The receptionist was very pleasant and educated me on the several other services they offer.

I asked for a little clean up, natural looking, and slightly straighter eyebrows. I came out with an arch that was not there before and thinned eyebrows. I had even shown photos. I was definitely not listened. The lady almost started working on them without asking me what I wanted. Please listen to your customers.

I'm sorry I'm not usually one to make reviews. I have been going to Giselle for a few months now because I like her work but I will no longer be coming back to this studio because she is very cold and rude. She's always been quiet, or just doesn't acknowledge you.... I've truly never taken it personal but after my last visit, I've honestly had enough of the cold shoulder that she constantly gives... I asked how she was doing and she sarcastically smiled, didn't even answer me...After she finished my eyebrows, my eyes were closed, she held a mirror to my face and rudely said "look". The tone in which she used sounded very annoyed like she hates her job. For whatever reason she was extra rough on my face too. I truly love the studio, the aesthetic, and the front desk staff are always angels

Highly recommend Jossiany! My brows look so good. She was quick, gentle, professional and friendly! I literally was falling asleep lol. The front desk was also super friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve come here for years whenever I’m back in my town, and Nuri does great brow threading. Unfortunately, I likely won’t be back. My appointments always start late. Yesterday, my appointment started over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. That was the last straw for me, as it feels like my time is not being respected.
