I have such a great experience with Natasha from start to finish. The atmosphere is calming and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. It is consistently beautiful work great retention and always a pleasant experience. This is the only place I trust my lashes. Marie

Natasha is phenomenal. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. Every time I come, she’s very polite and professional and always gets my brows together and hair off my face ! I made the mistake one day of trying another place because I was running behind. They took the end off One of my eyebrows So they grew back different. However, Natasha was still able to bring them back to how they were before ❤️❤️

Worse company ever! We paid for 2 services, we were not satisfied with the first one and requested refund for the second one, they denied the request. They keep our money, I will need to call the bank to dispute the charge!

Natasha is the best! Great customer service and brows are all done to perfection. Prices are reasonable and she offers a variety of threading, waxing, and facial services. Professional and comfortable environment. Prime location (in the plaza with Walmart on W. 86th, next door to Sally’s) so you can definitely get a lot of other things done if you decide to visit- which you should. I’ve been going to her since she opened and recommend anyone I know who’s looking for someone.

Horrible experience, I will never return there. Natasha was rude and greedy, I went in for lash lift and tint $95. I went in first she started working on my lashes then took another three clients at the same time. On top of that she was on her phone the whole time. She finished with those three clients first who came after me. My lashes were not lift with messy tint. I came back to redo it but she used cheap products which might not last for two days. I have not only wasted my money but energy. I hope this is my first and last worst Lash experience.
