Veronica was amazing! She took her time to ask me about my brows and what I wanted to work on, which I really appreciated. She was very professional, sweet, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m definitely coming back to see her again!

I love coming here! Have been going to Keeks for over 7 years now and she has always done an amazing job. All the girls there are so sweet and welcoming and I love the vibe and aesthetic of the studio. I waited approximately 15 minutes while the technician was on her phone. Once I was seated, she spent a significant portion of the appointment—roughly 70%—using her phone. She also stood up multiple times to discuss lunch plans with others. During the service, she asked whether I used retinol, stating that my skin was “breaking,” which I do not. Despite this, she caused damage to my skin in several areas, resulting in pain and the formation of a scab. Additionally, she repeatedly touched her phone and my face without washing or sanitizing her hands. I left the appointment in pain. The technician was unprofessional, minimally communicative, and rude throughout the service.

Hi there, I wanted to share a bit about my recent visit and honest review. When I arrived, I wasn’t sure if I needed to sign in or just wait. There was a young woman who walked by several times to check an iPad, and while she seemed busy and perhaps not in the best mood, she didn’t acknowledge me or the other guest waiting. It’s not a big deal, I understand we all have off days. The wait time was very short, maybe just a few minutes, which I appreciated. The specialist who did my brows was kind and greeted me warmly. She asked how I wanted my brows shaped, and I explained it clearly a couple of times to be sure we were on the same page. During the session, there wasn’t much small talk, which is okay, but I’ve found that a little conversation can make the experience feel more welcoming.
