I used to go this place for few years now but the lady Rosie is rude, I am south Indian but can understand Hindi and heard her making fun of me in her Hindi language when I requested her to make eyebrows thin- "pathala karma hai", despite knowing she was making fun of my personal choice I ignored her and due to commute keep going there as I liked the other two girls who working for her, both were polite and do fantastic job. Yesterday I went there Rosie called me and I kept my bag on the side handle of the chair, this woman rudely took out my bag and dumped on by lap and answered her phone rushed out without saying anything. Another girl took my bag and kept it on a chair and continued to proceed doing my eyebrows. I think Rosie should learn to stop harassing her customers in her language

love this place! i’ve been coming for years and they never disappoint! i wanted thin brows today for the first time and kiran did such a good job in giving me what i wanted! soo good im so satisfied!!
