Brow Studio Seven

I got my eyebrows done Tuesday, it’s Friday and they don’t even look done??? The lady was not welcoming at all , it was giving funky attitude and she literally finished in like 5 minutes! Run them cameras back. If you’re not in the mood don’t come to work, you’re dealing with people’s faces???? I will never come back GO TO KIM AT PERFECT NAILS I should’ve never cheated on my eyebrow lady!!!!

Went for brow tint. Took a while for her to get the shape acceptable. Girl tinted and told me to wipe off after 25 min for medium color or 40 for darker. After 45 min I wiped off and had to my surprise all color went off. Walked back in and she said she would do it again and didn’t know why it didn’t take. Owner she said only gabe her one color to use. My brows are very blond so any color should have shown something. She tried again and after looking at how she had it all uneven and not at all to my brow shape I asked her to just wipe it off and give me a refund. She agreed and wiped some off but left me looking like clown as it was not all off. For some reason this time it wouldn’t come off. Gabe me my money back but not the tip I had originally given. Do not go here!! Went down road to B

Girl had great customer service. She was new and said she was trained on the job. I told her I just wanted it to be cleaned up since they were already shaped. After 10 min all together I got to see what she did. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, most of my left eyebrow was gone. She suggested taking more off...!!! MORE! It's already almost gone. I was in tears. She told me she wasn't going to charge me but seriously, why would I pay. This is where I always go because it's always been great, but now not if she's working.

love getting my eyebrows done here but i have come here 2 times in the past week during normal hours where it says they are open and the gate was shut. this time the lady was just sitting inside with the gate shut.

Used to be so good.. but the last time I went my eyebrows were sloppy. Today I decided to give them another try and I told the girl not to mess with the shape, Just a clean up since I’m growing my eyebrows thicker.. she gave me a thin high arch eyebrow and a thicker no arch eyebrow… kept asking her to fix the thicker one to Atleast make em look even.. she barely tried and I left unhappy. No longer wasting my time :(
