Brow Spa

I came to this brow spa and had my eye brows done by the very nice lady with short burgundy hair Abeer and I will definitely come back to her again she’s phenomenal and her work is amazing! I barely felt anything while threading my face!!!

I always pass by and have been curious of getting my brows done here. I went today for the first time and will be my last. Very disappointing experience. As soon as I sat down, someone walked in. No problem there. The employee asked "how are you today?" and as I was about to respond I noticed it was directed to the person that just walked in (rude). The employees took maybe a minute to do my brows and didn't even shape them like I'm used to. The employee did not take her time to do a good job for the service i paid for her to do. There's still a lot of thin hairs that needed to be threaded off. Seemed like she was in a hurry to cater to the woman that walked in and get me off her chair. Did a botched job, something I can do at home for free. Now I will have to pay again and get them fixed

The only one that I will let touch my eyebrows is Bina. The other ladies always mess my eyebrows up. Always uneven and one is thinner than the other. Bina is the best with eyebrows and she is a very friendly and welcoming person. Great customer service with Bina!! If Bina is not there, then I will not go.

The staff is extremely rude at this place , always in hurry don’t take their time to do a good work on your eye brows and always leaves hairs … I gave many chances but they are the same.. it is just waste of money coming here… I never wanna come again at this place … so disappoint with the crow here… extremely RUDE they just want to finish the work fast and get rid of you … beside s that one glasses lady I don’t know if she still working there or no … Eye brows

Worst place to do your eyebrows ever! The lady didn’t listen to my needs and wants she just did what she know and she made me look like a Maleficent. She was so horrible and kept asking me personal questions instead of asking me what I wanted. She also kept saying “trust me” I know what you want but she really didn’t. I left the store crying and I’ve been trying to grow my eyebrows for years and shape them in a certain way but she just butchered me and took so much hair out when she could simply ask informative questions to avoid making such mistakes. She also told me “where did I live” indicating the thick eye brows aren’t in style and I am old style. So basically she just decided to give me thin eyebrows on my behalf!!! Absolutely horrible service.
