5 Star experience by far I have never been more happy with my eyebrows walked in at 3:17 and walked out at 3:25 $15 for the best eyebrow thread ever. Miss Anita was so sweet. She said no wax let me thread. She threaded my eyebrows for the first time ever, and I will never go back truly the best experience ive ever had. 10/10

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered ONE Brow Prow (stamp or kit) I was sent 4 I was charged over $90 including postage. I did not like the product as it did not stay on. I immediately contacted them telling them I did try one kit. I sent all back and followed the instructions to a T, took it to UPS to be mailed back, marked everything on package, took pictures, and still they want the return address saying I didn’t provide it. It is on the packaged returned. I wrote another letter to them including my return address. It has been 2 weeks and I hear nothing. I call, there’s no return call. I will go to UPS on Monday and have them look up my tracking information. I know nothing else to do but write a complaint on their website. Sharleen Marshall

Anita is absolutely the best brow person I have used. I appreciate her laid back mannerisms and honesty with me as well. She is pleasant and eager to please. Of course, her skillset is the best. She makes my time there enjoyable. I have been going there since she started at Neptune Beach and never disappointed with any of her services!

My girlfriend got a lash lift and I had my eyebrows threaded here, oh my God! Mrs. Anita did such an amazing job with her lashes, my girlfriend will definitely be coming back here. Best services for lash lift and threading in Neptune Beach. Highly recommend this place, also they have a 30% off promotion for this month on Facebook, so get that if you come here. Overall incredible services, could not recommend this place enough!
