If I could do zero stars I would!!!!Just went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted…. Not happy at all. It was an older woman and she didn’t wash her hands and her fingers smelled awful. She removed way too much hair from my eyebrows. They had a nice shape before and now they are like comma marks. Then she didn’t use the tint I asked her for. I asked her for dark black and she used medium brown. My eyebrows are already medium brown. She messed up the shape and color. And was on the phone the whole time and stepped out of the store to talk while she left me sitting there in the chair. I am so mad I could literally cry. She was supposed to make my eyebrows look better not worse!!

The lady gets on her phone while threading and more than once while talking her spit has landed on my face. While threading she also applies too much pressure leaving my skin more pink and swollen than necessary.

Walked in told her to do what she felt I needed and I am happy for 19.99. It was clean and she was super nice

The first experience was satisfying with lovely and even results. The second experience was terrible. I left with dramatically different eyebrow shapes. The first time they were symmetrical and minimal hair was removed to bring out a polished natural shape. The second time she took too much off my left eyebrow. The left eyebrow is much smaller than the right and sits lower on my face because she took too much off the top left. Disastrous. Do not recommend.

I'm overall very insecure about my appearance and now I feel even worse. My eyebrows are now completely different shapes and lengths and I have stray hairs. It makes me hate looking at myself and my eyebrow piercing looks completely out of place. Now I have to wait for them to grow back just so it looks halfway decent. I took my eyebrow ring out beforehand so that it would be easier.
