I was referred to Romi by my best friend, who has been going to her for four years, so I was already familiar with her amazing work. From the moment I walked into the establishment, I was impressed—it was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. I was immediately greeted and assisted, which made the experience even better. I received a full-face threading, followed by a facial. After that, I got long-length cluster lashes and an eyebrow tint. Horrible experience the person that has black hair was rough with my eyes would recommend not to go if you have sensitive eyes her work ethic horrible my lashes were all lupsided. The lashes were loaded with glue, scarce, uneven. She didn’t wash her hands before she started, she was rough and kept poking my eyes with the tape. She had so much glue, my eyes kept burning and watering. The upper lashes kept sticking to the bottom lashes because of the excessive tape, so she had to keep reapplying the lashes she even hurt me when she was doing my eyebrows horrible horrible service
