Hi, I want to start by saying that the place is beautiful and the atmosphere was great. However, I feel the need to share an experience that has really affected me. I’ve been getting lash extensions and brow lamination for over a year now with different artists, and I’m very familiar with how my sensitive skin reacts—it usually gets a bit red, but that goes away within the day. This time, though, it was very different. After my appointment, I noticed visible marks from the tweezers on my face, something that has never happened to me before. The burning sensation continued into the next day, and now the skin around my brows is starting to scab. I honestly feel really bad about this. It's rare that I take the time to pamper myself so when I do, it's important that the experience is relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. My first 90 minute custom facial with Jessica exceeded all of my expectations. I can't believe how many different treatments she was able to include. I legit feel like I have a brand new face. I didn't even realize the skin on my face could feel or glow like this. I particularly loved the soothing hydrafacial, hot towels and steam throughout, and the light shoulder/neck massage at the end. That was such a wonderful and thoughtful way for her to end the session. Needless to say, I will be pampering myself at Brow Down Studio more often. I can't thank you enough, Jessica!

GO TO JESSICA!! She’s amazing! I’ve been going to her for 4 months and getting the one hour custom facial. My skin looks so great! Not only is it so relaxing but I love that we can customize each time for my skins need that month. She is so knowledgeable and has the magic touch yall!! I did the Fire and Ice facial last time before a trip and after returning from hours of flying, my good friend was like “omg your skin is glowing!!” That says a lot after traveling and I drank on that trip too and my skin was still seeing the benefits! 🙌 The studio is such a vibe too! Gorgeous with plants and crystals everywhere ❤️‍🔥 There is a lot very close by so parking is a breeze. Love me some Brow Down Studio 🤩
